Emily’s dance journey began the day Dance Works Studio opened its doors in 2007. A proud member of Legends throughout her childhood and teen years, Emily trained extensively in a variety of styles and competed with the team until she graduated in 2015.
Her passion for dance continued into college where she was a member of the prestigious Hi-Steppers and also a member of Montage Theatre of Dance. Emily has performed in Times Square and trained at renowned institutions such as Alvin Ailey and Broadway Dance Center in New York City.
Emily returned to Dance Works in 2024 as an instructor bringing her dance journey full circle. She is married to Cameron and together they have two children, Harlow & Maddux. As a dance instructor she blends her deep roots at Dance Works with her experience as a mom to help every student feel seen, loved, encouraged, valued and inspired.Â
