Dress Code

  • Burgundy leotard
  • Pink tights
  • Pink canvas ballet shoes

Leotards, tights, and shoes can be ordered from the Dance Works Studio office or purchased from Jazzy Dancer in Ridgeland. Dancewear with the DWS logo can be purchased from the Dance Works Studio office.

Registration Fee

$65 each year

Dance Works Studio charges a flat, non-refundable registration fee of $65 per student each year. The registration fee is due at the beginning of the school year when you first register your child for a class or classes. Registration fees are due each year for new and returning students.

Tuition

$65 per month
$650 for the year

  • Tuition is due the first of every month and no later than the 10th. Payments received after the 10th of the month must include a $10 late fee.
  • Tuition runs from August – May.
  • Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or check, at the studio office or through our online parent portal.
  • May tuition will be due on April 1.
  • All accounts not cleared by May 10th will not be able to participate in the recital.
  • 2nd & 3rd siblings receive a 15% discount.

Costume and Recital Fees

Winter Recital Fee: $45 due Nov 1 includes a t-shirt.

Spring Recital Fee: $65 due Feb 1

Spring Recital Costume Fee: $80 per costume (combo classes require two costumes)

Spring recital fee is per family.

Other Fees and Expected Expenses

Dance wear – ranging from $10-$45. As needed.

Christmas Parade Sweatshirt: $30 due Nov (optional)
Dedication pages: Range from $50-$135 due in March (optional)

Recital Tickets:  Winter Recital $7 per ticket Spring Recital $10 per ticket

Dance Works Studio ends each year with a wonderful recital. This recital allows the dancers to show what they have learned throughout the year, teaches valuable performance and confidence skills necessary for a successful performer. To maximize the experience, we use specialty costumes to enhance the childrens’ performance and use a professional venue with a stage and seating to accommodate our audience.
